Tofu string drying parameter setting
Temperature range: 50~60℃
First period (1~2 hours): 60℃ for rapid dehydration;
Second period (3 hours): drop to 55℃ for slow drying;
Third period (last 2 hour): 50℃ for moisture balance.
Humidity control
Heat pump dryers generally have built-in humidity control. It is recommended to set the humidity to 10% to promote moisture discharge.
After drying, the tofu string should be uniformly light yellow, with no soft core when broken open, and a moisture content of about 10%~15%.
