The air source heat pump drying process of large-scale bamboo shoot drying equipment is divided into four stages, and the entire process takes about 17-18 hours:
Phase 1 (1-5 hours): Dry at 45 ℃ for about 2 hours until the temperature reaches the set value, then begin to remove moisture. Maintain a constant temperature and humidity in the drying room, and keep the relative humidity at 70%.
Second stage (5-9 hours): Bake at 50 ℃ using a drying mode with timed dehumidification (30 minutes per row, 5 minutes off). The relative humidity in the drying room should be maintained at 50%. This stage can keep the bamboo shoots golden in color.
Third stage (10-14 hours): Bake at 60 ℃, maintain a relative humidity of 35% in the drying room, and slowly remove moisture to maintain a certain dryness.
Stage 4 (15-17 hours): Bake at 65 ℃, reduce the relative humidity in the drying room to 15%, until the bamboo shoots are completely dehydrated and dried.
