To dry beetroot in a dehydrator:
1.Wash and peel the beetroot.
2.Cut the beetroot into thin slices, about 1/4-inch thick.
3.Arrange the beetroot slices in a single layer on the dehydrator trays.
4.Set the dehydrator to 135°F (57°C) and dry the beetroot for 6-8 hours, or until it is completely dry and brittle.
